Class Policies:

Age Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age to be in the class. The average student is between 20 and 40 but anyone over 18 is allowed. Amina’s Dance School does not discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation.

Once you Sign up:
Amina Vohra will give out surveys via email to all the students to find out about their goals of what they want from the class. The surveys will be read by Amina and the assistant teachers.

Class Numbers:
The class is limited to 12 students not counting assistant teacher(s). Because of make up students switching between classes there are sometimes a little more or a little less than 12 people present per class.

Liability:
Amina Vohra will hand out liability forms as well as photo/video consent forms on the first day of class. This is just a precaution. There have never been any problems in the past as this is a small and elite school.

Keeping the Room Nice:
No shoes that leave scuff marks the floor and please pick up your trash before you leave. Because of air conditioning and heating please close the door completely when you come inside.

Taking Care of yourself:
Please remember to bring water with you and bring coins for parking if you are parking in the garage rather than for free at Bethesda Elementary. It is advised to change before class but you may change in the bathroom.

Student Cancellation Policy:
Because of the class limit, giving a refund means that someone else who wanted to take the class could not because you took a spot out of 12. Therefore there is a no-refund policy. However there are make-up classes available and classes can be transferred to the following semester.
