Below Amina does a Beginners zumba style dance with her students. The dance fuses Indian Dance, Latin Dance, and Hip Hop all in one to provide constant movement, repetition, excercise, and practice for the students. (Yes it is co-ed, guys do these moves too!) This is the second time the students ever did this particular dance yet it it repetitive and uses moves that were broken down earlier in class so they catch on quickly.
